Great staff and great service and good prices especially on plasterboard etc in these strange times thanks all

poor customer service and never delivered on time. I have ordered some slippers and when i called to know when the items will be delivered they clearly told me that the driver will be with me in the morning, no time specified. After chasing them on the morning, they told me that the delivery was scheduled for late afternoon. I had the gardeners waiting for the delivery and i have to pay them for doing nothing. TP branch told me that it was up to the head office who schedule the delivery times. I called the HO and they blame the branch. I was bouncing back like a parcel but no one at TP took responsibility. Very disappointed. I won't order from them again.

Absolutely great service and advice today at my local branch of Travis Perkins Adswood Lane. The staff took their time to listen to what I needed and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely going back when I need anything else.Not trade DIY job, very happy with product and the price.

24/06/23 called in today to pick up blocks, sand cement and other gear, don't know the name of the lad who served me at Adswood but, what a nice helpfull polite fella you would wish to meet, could'nt do enough to help me, credit to himself and travis, give that man a pat on the back.

Guys are great here always happy to help
