Refused to take my parcel saying it was to big even though it was in the correct dimensions for a parcel shop drop off, then directed me to another shop that doesn’t even take Evri parcels.

Perhaps it’s a language barrier issue and the man who is usually at the counter is rude and curt. He’s not helpful and will speak to u in 1 - 2 words and not in whole sentences which comes across as he’s ordering you around. The lady is usually more helpful. There was an issue today with the Evri machine as it was turned off and unfortunately there was nothing that can be done and the was no time given on when it will be available again.
