Just been for afternoon tea .Absolutely lovely .staff.. so helpful.. went above and beyond to cater for Dad who struggles to eat ..Good choice on menu from breakfast to wonderful cakes .. .. recommend a visit . Advise booking if going for breakfast or afternoon tea .

Well,....the Cartshed is a hidden gem off the beaten track...We arrived on an impromptu stop with our two dogs in tow, and they welcomed us and the dogs happily.Food was very good quality at a good price, and I can honestly say the cappuccino beats Starbucks hands down.They do a reward card, which I fully intend to fill to get my free hot drink.

Our group of 3 had lunch and cakes here. Fresh, full and flavoursome sandwiches and a ploughman’s, beautifully presented with great service. Fresh tap water was provided on request (it was 30c when we visited!) along with coffee, Earl Grey tea and peppermint tea. Toilet facilities were fresh and clean. We sat outside and tables seemed a little close but given the location, quite acceptable. Altogether a great experience and one to be repeated, highly recommended.

Our first visit to this tearoom. We were not disappointed. Great food (I had a plough man's lunch, wife had a BLT), and friendly staff.

We regularly visit The Cartshed and often plan our journey around a visit to this lovely cafe. Always a warm welcome awaits and always great food. Cheese scones are the best ever and available to take away for a treat later.

We visited The Cartshed for breakfast at the end of an amazing weeks holiday in nearby Castle Acre. As soon as we walked through the door, the welcome was warm and incredibly friendly. Between us, we ordered Bacon Baps, a Full English and Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs on Toast with Tea, Hot Chocolate and an Americano. All the food was tasty and beautifully prepared using quality local produce and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. A special mention must go to the staff for turning out fantastic quality food quickly and efficiently from such a small kitchen - while still smiling! We couldn’t resist taking some Home-Made Shortbread and Lemon Polenta Cake home with us - delicious with a coffee after a long drive home. We hope to return to the area again and will definitely come back to The Cartshed!

We visited this fabulous little chic café and were given a warm welcome by the staff. I'm ridiculously fussy about my mochas and they quickly accommodated me and made an excellent one for me and my partner's cooked breakfast was just right. The staff were cheerful and friendly. We will certainly return if we're in the area.

Stopped for a quick coffee & homemade scone. All served by a friendly trio of ladies. Would frequent again if we lived in the area.
