Neil the owner and chap behind the counter is not only a nice guy he is a asset to the area. He will always go above and beyond to help even if I costs him money or he looses a sale.His generosity is unbelievable.....please if you use his services try and give a little extra he deserves it !! I have been in there many times to get ink or even get a few copies done, he never tries to up sell me anything and even gives me advice on how to save Ink when storing my cartridges.Top top bloke !!!!

Neil the owner always provides excellent customer service a very pleasent person. Have used the copying and printing service a number of times and recently had my laptop updated with Windows 10. Excellent prices, excellent service, great advice and explanations given by Neil, fully recommend. Brilliant.

My laptop broke down and I did not save my documents to cloud. I took the laptop to Express Ink and the Owner restored all the data for me and was very kind throughout the whole process!

Popped in to see if they stocked cartridges for my old Brother printer. They did at a good price. Had a brief chat and a few laughs. Great people and a very good experience. I highly recommend..

I’d been chasing around online ink cartridge offers etc with some confusion then, thank goodness, found a local supplier and I’m so pleased to find this local shop run by the most helpful and knowledgeable Neil. Job done. Will definitely recommend!

Neil was fantastic, he came and picked up my printer took it away, fixed it and bought it back to us at our clinic. Very good price to get such an important piece of equipment up and running for us. My Epson printer xp-760 wouldn’t print so i took to express ink ,the gentleman who served me his name is neil, great guy very helpful very friendly, neil told me exactly what he needs to do , asked me to leave the printer with him for few days, after few days neil gave me call and said it’s all fixed, i was amazed the printer working , value for money tooWell done neil I really appreciate it you have done a very remarkable jobI would definitely recommend this company and I would definitely use this company for my printerMohammed

Could not find any local help when printer ink ran out. Have family near here so tried them. Very helpful over the phone. Great explanation of how they replace cartridges with bigger ink capacity and reuse empties rather than directly refill. Paid by card and family collected. Great service.
