The Piccadilly London West End
Lovely 5-day stay at the Piccadilly London West End. Rooms are certainly a bit small and dated, but honestly this is outweighed by the excellent service, reasonable rates, and incredible location, situated right next to Chinatown and Leicester Square, and with access to both the Piccadilly and Elizabeth lines. The hotel staff even surprised us with celebratory champagne, as we were celebrating a wedding anniversary. Would absolutely stay again!

The Piccadilly London West End
We were pleasantly blown away with the surprise the hotel had for us, we visited London to spend my wife’s birthday and chose The Piccadilly West End due to it’s proximity to the Piccadilly Theatre, Chinatown and for the array of brands for shopping around. The hotel staff got our room upgraded and got us a champagne + cheese cake for free, it was such a kind gesture, I had no words to describe our excitement. The staff are friendly, approachable and available round the clock. The rooms are spacious, the closet has a lot of space and the bathrooms are clean. I highly recommend this establishment for making our trip a wonderful experience.

We expected a basic hotel but was blown away, from the welcome, cleanliness of the rooms and entire hotel, quality of rooms it was all exceptional. We stayed for our anniversary and our room was upgraded and decorated and we had bubbly, chocolate strawberries, fresh fruit and a little card on arrival. We will definitely return... and highly recommend to others.

Arriving at the Piccadilly Hotel, we were instantly welcomed with glasses of prosecco and smiles all around. The staff here must have taken a masterclass in friendliness because they made us feel like long-lost friends from the get-go.The location? Absolutely spot-on. You'll be within a stone's throw of all the West End action, so be prepared to get your fill of fun without having to wander far. Whether it's shopping, shows, or sightseeing, it's all right at your doorstep. Now, let's talk about the rooms. They're on the petite side, but they're also packed with personality. The Piccadilly has managed to blend the charm of an older building with modern comfort. We felt like we were staying in a chic urban retreat, with everything efficiently laid out.Speaking of the building, it's got character! The age of the structure lends an air of authenticity that we thoroughly enjoyed. But don't worry, they've done a fantastic job keeping it up to date and accommodating. If you're looking for a place that mirrors the lively spirit of the West End itself, the Piccadilly Hotel is it. With staff that could win hospitality awards and a location that puts you in the heart of the action, we left feeling thoroughly satisfied.

The Piccadilly London West End
The Picadilly London West End has been amazing. The service, the people have been the highlight of our experience. We had a small issue with our room, quite minor, but the staff took our concern very seriously and offered to find us a room with the same good characteristics (great view for example) that didn't have the characteristic that was an issue for us. Once we were offered a new room, the concierge took care of moving our baggages from our room to our new room while we were out for lunch. Their will to make our experience absolutely perfect was obvious. Our room was always a delight to walk into after a day of visiting and sightseeing. We were always greeted with a big smile and warm welcome at the lobby. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location for theatre going as we were there for Phantom of the Opera and its close enough that its only a short walk. Staff were absolutely fabulous from check-in and throughout our stay. We were here for my birthday and they added a surprise arrangement on the bed which just added a special extra to our stay.

Overall a good stay. Lobby is tiny but that seems to be on par with the location. There's an attached restaurant/bar with limited seating for both. Excellent location to everything literally everything. Super friendly staff. The rooms are a bit tiny as are the bathrooms but I think that's also on par for the location/heart of London. I would say this property is more suited for single/couples who are in the city for the nightlife and action. A family of 3 or more would benefit from more space and offerings perhaps of a international brand. There is a spa but i wasn't able to visit it.

The Piccadilly London West End
Very disappointing. We've stayed in a few others in the chain and this is definitely the let down. It's very dated and in desperate need of modernising. Not just tidying up the windows and giving new locks etc which they've done, but the dark painted wood work and the carpet is all just tired looking. It's not quaint, it's not rustic charm, it's just a bit shabby. When you go down a flight of stairs from reception, the floor covering is like lino, certainly fake tiles. It gives a very cheap feel.I'm surprised the AA confirmed the 5* rating earlier this year.

Fabulous location, China town and Piccadilly on the doorstep. Pleasant and helpful staff. Had a free upgrade to a family room with 2 comfortable double beds. Very spacious room number 312, on the corner of Shaftesbury and a side street with windows on two walls. Lively area but not too noisy. Nice facilities in the room with complimentary waters, fresh fruit, kettle and coffee pod machine, biscuits.A fridge with various alcoholic beverages nuts chocolates etc were available to purchase.Hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe all provided in room.A good sized walk in shower in bathroom, water backed up during use, and pump (?) made a loud noise when using the waterfall head. Reported, so hopefully will soon be sorted.Breakfast was good, although dining area was a bit pushed for space, a bit cramped. Good mix of full English and continental breakfast food.Glad we tried this hotel as it’s right in the centre of theatre land. Will use again as we go to the musicals quite often. Good sightseeing base.

Excellent service, particularly from Slav, Auze, and Bianca. Slav was very helpful in booking tours and information about the city. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is ample and it's an amazing place to stay. Right next to Chinatown, and Theater District you are in walking distance to everything, including a Boots drug store, restaurants and so much more. Highly recommend as a place to stay. Lastly, the Social Eating House is right around the corner & they have amazing meals and service, so a great dinner or lunch spot, very close to this hotel.
