HGM have just recently completed installing a new bathroom in my house. The service I received was both professional and friendly. The job was completed on time and on budget. The personal touch provided by Dan at every stage of the installation was the icing on te cake. Highly recommended.

Big thanks to Dan and his team who originally came to repair and replace a broken shower, but a gas leak was discovered. Without hesitation Dan ensured a safety first attitude and resolved this before starting the work I originally requested. Instillation was completed very quickly and with minimal fuss.Can’t thank Dan and the team enough for this and the very reasonable fee for doing so.All works were completed to a very high standard and I would recommend very highly.

My old boiler was not working and I was recommended HGM by a neighbour. Dan, Louis and Leon did an excellent job of replacing the old system with a new Ideal combi boiler. The work took 2 days and was completed to a very high standard. They were all very polite and friendly, worked very hard, arrived on time and were very respectful of my property with all mess cleared and cleaned.Would not hesistate to recommend this company. HGM Mechanical recently completed a full makeover of my bathroom and I couldn't be happier. From the initial consultation to delivery, Dan and Louis took the time to listen to what we wanted, and offered their advice on how best to deliver our bathroom to the highest standards. Their attention to detail is excellent. They always went the extra mile and no job was too big or too small. I would recommend them to anyone considering any level of work required!

Dan, Louis and Leon at HGM ripped out and installed two bathrooms for us in Feb. They were excellent to deal with from start to finish and we absolutely love our bathrooms! They kept us up to date with the progress, dealt with delays (that were out of their control) very well, discussed all the small details throughout and were able to make changes last minute if we wanted to adapt our design. Throughout it all they were very friendly, quick to reply and left our house in a great way afterwards. We would definitely recommend them for Bathrooms and other plumbing work to anyone as they did our radiators too. Provided some pictures of before. during and afterwards.

Our boiler stopped working and HGM came out to investigate. Louis fixed the problem quickly and professionally and gave us advice on future work that was needed. The swift response was greatly appreciated as well as the follow up to check on the boiler the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend HGM Mechanical.

Dan, Louis and Leon came to my rescue !My boiler packed up and I had to have a new one installed. They were able to do the job within a week (it was during a really cold spell) and there was no mess left and I now have a reliable heating installation as my old system had been letting me down and British Gas had been so unhelpful.Dan reassured me throughout as I had a few worries and concerns. I felt confident enough to leave them with a key and trusted them to do a first class job which they did but it was above and beyond that and exceptional in the fact I knew I could rely on them totally.I now don’t have to deal with British Gas ever again and feel safe and confident in HGM Mechanical’s work. I will have them back again to do other jobs and the whole process of my boiler breaking down, new one fitted and reassurance from the guys has put my mind at rest totally.They were all so professional, have left me with the neatest new boiler and arejust 3 genuine, kind guys.I can’t thank them enough for all their help.

HGM Mechanical Ltd installed a replacement boiler today. They were polite, punctual and very efficient. The installation was undertaken quickly with only a little mess, which was thoroughly cleaned up. No surprises anywhere. Very happy to recommend.
