Sofia Ceramics

My partner and I did a four week Sunday course with Sofia and her pottery studio in Brixton. We had a fantastic time learning a few pottery techniques and creating four of our own pieces. Sofia was a great teacher and a fantastic potter and artist in her own right. We also enjoyed being surrounded by her wonderful pieces. I just got an email from Sofia to say that our pieces have been fired and are ready to collect. We are super excited to see how they turned out. I hope that Sofia is able to continue expanding her family business in London and I also hope that she has some classes soon using a potters wheel which we would love to have a go at!! Absolutely beautiful handmade ceramics. The cappuccino mugs and espresso cups we bought are perfect - I love their spattered design and the finish on all the products is so individual and rustic. Would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to kit out their kitchen with elegant and unique china and pottery.
