Absolutely ridiculous. We have missed a parcel for 2 day apparently. We have left notes on the main door to the flats and our flat door. They don't ring each doors buzzer just get in the flat and are flat has 2 fire doors so you cant hear when someone kknocks. You have to knock hard or ring buzzer. Still unless. If they can't read a note then how can you expect them to deliver post!!! ridiculous. We have missed a parcel for 2 days, apparently. Worked for them through an agency. A lot of the employees dislike us agency workers. Will no longer come here.. disappointing. especially when they are short staffed! Ungrateful people. Always causing problems about the parking for agency workers.

Over the last two weeks I've ordered 5 items from different addresses within the UK and still haven't received any of them??? What is going on?! It can't be that all of them went missing....

Sudden drastic reduction in opening hours is VERY inconvenient considering this sorting office is always busy. I can’t get there for any of the measly 2-hours morning / 2-hours afternoon, so what then?

I want to give five stars to Hector who’s been incredibly helpful and went out of his way (or actually doing his job at the finest) to find my parcel. Also you can tell a great personality

No post received for three weeks! They didn’t tell me. They didn’t think to send it even once a week? So my bills, my HMRC letter requiring a response by a specific date, documentation for my house purchase, all missing. Even tracked mailed is not delivered. How are these guys awarded a monopoly by the government and then can’t be bothered to deliver the post? It’s ridiculous.

Twice I have sent items from Scotland first class at m local post office and not received by recipient in Brighton for just under a month!!

I’m really not happy about the new schedule hours from 8 to 10 and from 4 to 6 !? Really !? How I can manage to send or receive and keep using this service between this hours I kindly asking to keep it as it used before.your services is highly needed and with affordable price and great customer service I don’t want to change to any other courier. Thank uou

Royal Mail has gone to pot. Brighton sorting office took 16 DAYS to send me a delivery note. OVER TWO WEEKS!!! And now I've missed some important deadlines . Thanks Royal Mail. ABSOLUTELY BLOODY USELESS!!!!! NO STARS FROM ME!!
