Crown Jewellers has just got it right! Excellent service, beautiful jewellery and the owners are such lovely people. All of my family buy their jewellery from Crowns and have done since they opened over 20 years ago. It’s always nice to pop in and have a chat and they always look after me when sourcing certain pieces. Will be in again soon for a birthday present

I discovered Crown Jewellers of Harrogate seventeen years ago, since when, I will not go anywhere else. The shop is a delight to browse,with very helpful, honest and friendly owners who go out of their way to help you find just the right thing. It seems nothing is too much trouble for them. I believe that Steve is a very highly qualified gemologist and his professional advice and knowledge are so reassuring when making a considered purchase.The quality of everything I have bought there is fabulous and I’ve not found such fair pricing anywhere else.The shop is bursting with gorgeous things and well worth a trip down Commercial Street, which also boasts a wonderful array of independant shops.

Steve and Sue were wonderful in helping me sort the engagement ring for my partner. They offered their time, great advice, and of course wonderful work turning some existing gems into a lovely new ring. It was all greatly appreciated and I can't recommend them enough :)

Absolutely love this shop! They have a fab selection of jewellery to suit all budgets and tastes. They also offer a great jewellery repair service. I’ve had my white gold rings re-plated and necklaces repaired. All very reasonable. Steve and Sue are so lovely and can’t do enough to help.

Fantastic experience at Crown Jewellers! I attended at Crown jewellers Harrogate as it was highly recommended and I can see why! The owners , Steve and Sue, are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, patient and really attentive in every manner of service. No hard sells, just genuine and excellent customer service, with a personal touch. This made buying an engagement ring a very enjoyable experience. Even when having to amend our purchase , they were very accommodating and their enthusiasm turned the amendments into an enjoyable experience as well.Would highly recommend!

Just had a fantastic service from I believe Sue and Steve. Firstly on meeting Sue three weeks ago I found her to be extremely helpful and friendly, she assured me that my repairs and alterations to jewellery could be achieved and that Steve would call later with costs. Same evening Steve called with total price and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I was going on holiday as were they so today I went in to collect my two bracelets and chain. Well not only was the work carried out but all were sparkling like new. I would not hesitate to have further work/purchases from Crown jewellers and will take this opportunity to wish them well for the future. BTW they have a sale on so maybe treat yourself to something new!

Absolutely lovely experience dealing with Steve and Sue! Very friendly, honest and approachable. I purchased a white gold ring with diamonds and emerald and had my old emerald ring repaired sometime ago.The new ring is stunning and I can't express how pleased I am. Most definitely not going anywhere else for future jewelry purchases/repairs.
