Introduced a third party organisation to BTTG to have an urgent fire test on a fabric. But then encountered unnecessary negative attitude from the Manager down, on the grounds of Client confidentiality. Quite ridiculous, especially when my I emailed instructions were ignored, only causing delay. Frustrating. Perhaps common sense should have prevailed. Would think twice before using them again.

I have just read a poor review of BTTG on this page and must say that the comments made do not in any way reflect my experience with them. I have worked with BTTG regularly for many years and have used most of their laboratory services plus their audit service for CE marking. I also work with most major testing labs around Europe. I have found that BTTG carry out laboratory work on time and on budget and that clear reports are always provided. I have never been in any doubt as to what they themselves carry out and what the outsource. They are above all a terrific source of support, advice and knowledge on standards and what is developing in a complex world. I have found the staff friendly and helpful at all times and that they deal with enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Worst Service in the World.Never reply to emails.Not their responsibility for anything.Claim to be the testers for thermal testing, unfortunately no one there left to perform it with any knowledge.UKAS need to get off their ass and seriously Audit this Laboratory and it's affiliates thoroughly...Extremely dissatisfied.
