My review is about my experience with customer services, not the service they provide.I gave two stars only because I think they are very unprofessional.I've sent them an enquiry through the website about my exhaust that was hanging/falling down. I've received a reply from C. H. which I thought was very unprofessional. Starting the conversation with Hi.... " not sure about the ....!? Not following any professional business etiquette.I work and communicate with clients every day as part of my job and this is not a reply I would give to anyone.One day later my husband did drive there and walked into the reception area

I've used the services of MB a few times recently and I am really impressed with their service. They can often deal with repairs on the day, do a great job, and treat customers honestly and fairly. If you live in New Addington look no further afield.

Good ,family run business. I take my car there ever year for service or in between when I develop a problem like a flat tyre etc. Easy to get too via 130 or 64 bus when you need to collect your car post repairs.June 2022 . . Still my favourite go too garage for anything. . Whenever I have a problem I just buzz them amd either drop in after work for something quick,tightening of fan belt a few weeks after it was changed,or if something more involved I book my car in for one of do days off. Excellent service and always with a smile!

Been using this company for quite some time for my MOTs and repairs their turnover are quick and reasonably priced any problems they attend to very easily without question thanks a lot for getting me back on the road so quick and keeping mot’s up to date
