Don't rent from these people absolutely robbing company say one thing do another .ends up costing you loads of money unable to comment reason as my daughter is in a safe house and they are trying to con her out of hundreds of ponds we now have a legal team on to them

Rented a house around 2 year ago with atterway, the agents themselves were okay, but the landlord was totally different story. I rang up about the damp in the property multiple times, I even had to purchase a £100 dehumidifier to try and help with the damp. Multiple items were ruined and the landlord even came out to look at the damp and still did nothing, when it came to moving out the landlord tried to charge me £600 for a full house repaint. All a repaint would have done is hide the mould for another couple of weeks until the new tenants were in. Be aware - and do not rent a property on Keswick street from them as the tenants before me had advised the neighbours to warn anyone renting it, I had failed to listen and wish I did. They will keep your full deposit and will send you a broken link to sign into the deposit scheme website, it didn’t work at all for me so I lost my full deposit. Stay away.

Seem good and professional, time will tell.Ok time has passed, they are always polite.Here are the negatives.They don't seem to do end of tenancy or renewal inspections where I could give them feedback.They don't chase up maintenance issues as promptly as I would like.Apart from that....Ok!Dont worry too much, they have a well thought out website.Pleasant to deal with but could take on a few tweaks to boost them above their competitors.I say this from being in the industry previously with 20 years plus experience.

When we first moved into our base, it was a complete mess! Let to disrepair... However, thanks to the help of Atterway, we have restored our hall to a useable condition. Any repairs have been acted upon quickly and with as little disturbance to our business as possible. We have had a very successful and seamless 3 year lease with Atterway, and look forward to many more years to come.Thank you.

Rang up to enquire about a property that was listed online, answered the phone very unprofessionally and couldn't get off the phone fast enough. I was going to ask if they had any other properties available or due to be available, but I won't bother.
