I attended KC last week for 3 sessions of dialysis whilst on holiday in Boscombe. I agree 100% with everything said in the previous review. Excellent service with all staff going the extra mile. Highly recommended. I look forward to returning in October. Mark Owen

Family run holiday dialysis centre, with all the mod cons , 5008 machines used. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this centre to anyone

I attended the KC Dialysis Centre from 9 to 14 Oct additionally staying next door in their ground floor flat. The whole experience was excellent. The Dialysis facilities were clean and comfortable and the staff ( mother and son) were outstandingly kind, attentive and professional. It is an excellent facility and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again and would recommend it to anyone who is on dialysis and needs a break. This is a much needed facility who provide an outstanding service in all aspects.

My second holiday based on the expert treatment at KC rather than the hotel. Professional, very friendly and only about 7 chairs so it feels like popping into their house for tea and toast. Have stayed in half a dozen hospitals abroad and in the UK but KC beats them all.

This is a very welcoming centre in a great location which is easy to find and close to the sea. The staff are most helpful if we need to speak to someone on the phone and when my husband attends for dialysis sessions. It is clean and very well run and the lovely nursing team are a mother and son. We have been two years running and have booked again for next year. We would highly recommend.

I had one session here on a long weekend away from home. Really convenient for my stay in Boscombe, and would not be too far from Bournemouth or Poole. Family run centre run by Geraldine &, I think Kisha. Both really friendly. They have about 8 machines, but only two of us attending Dialysis the morning I was there. Will definitely book in again for either a one session weekend or a longer holiday in the area.Thanks both.

I had 6 sessions there over 2 weeks.Staff was on the ball, very welcomed Tea and Toast first thing followed by Tea and biscuits later on.. very much recommended if in the area .

KC Dialysis offer an excellent service, as Dialysis patients when we leave our home area to go on holiday or just take a break away there is always a concern as to how it will work out will it won't it be OK. Well no problem at KCA really professionaly run unit. A great atmosphere excellent and caring service led by Geraldine, who from initial contact to final departure was professional and caring.I hope to return again.Thank you Geraldine and team. Our dad attended KC Dialysis, Southbourne last week for couple of days and he was overwhelmed by the whole experience. He was made so welcome and the facilities were fantastic. What a great service this is which made his and our holiday stress free. Thankyou to everyone and dad will definitely return on next break.
