Manchester Superstore Oldham

I saw the staff the other week deal with a local troublemaker. They were calm, professional and managed to the situation well. It was reassuring to see the employees handle this in such a positive way. Thank you for your hard work. A very good store with competent staff. I would definitely recommend.

(THIS REVIEW IS THE REMAINING OF THE LAST REVIEW POSTED BY ME PT2)But this arrogant woman said to me that we can pay for our shopping if my husband leaves which upset him today further as he was stood there to help me as there were items in the trolley i could not lift. So she wrongfully asked an off duty security guard to come in and in her words “throw him out” even though he was just stood there doing nothing wrong..other than asking what he had done wrong the first time?This white security guard who is off duty comes out of no where, without any identification and literally starts swearing at my husband infront of our already distressed kids whom had no idea why their father was being told to leave constantly and made to feel embarrassed and now being shouted by this other man and aggressively coming at my husband knowing full well he is holding a baby! Who does this?? Was he even allowed to come in off duty and behave like this??This was absolutely out of order my kids are literally so shook up from this experience it made it so embarrassing and horrifying to ever walk in another superstore i felt so ridiculed as i said to the lady that my husband has left why cannot i be served now to which she responded that she just is not willing to serve me..this place is horrible overpriced and items have been expired so many times..staff walks around like they fear their life and some of the female staff talk to you just like that female manager does its out of order! My children and husband and i left distraught with the way they handled everything everyone collectively the female manager the male manager who fears the female one and the ‘head of security’ all handled it poorly and disgracefully. We will be taking matters legally and handling this in a proper way!

Staff who serves meat talk all as if the meat is fresh. I asked for chicken legs and they had a really rotten odour OMG. This place along with Ahmed bros cash and carry are in common

Great store. The employees are well mannered, deal with customers in a professional way and are responsive to customer needs. Everyone here is always helpful and go out of their way to enhance the customer experience.

Purchased meat from store and had my own bag. Person at store started having a go at me as to why I was shopping without a basket and all shopping bags need to be left behind the counter even though the shopping in the bag was from their own meat section. Rules not displayed anywhere and aggressive won't be shopping there again

Lot of things are expired checked the dates.alwaws store gives offer on something and these things please check carefully. Store manager,s behaviour towards clients is worst ever .

Superb offerings, good management and friendly staff. The security guard is attentive, welcoming and manages the car park exceptionally. More parking available across the road which is convenient for busy periods. Prices are competitive and there is a wide selection of products many of which are unavailable elsewhere

Bad experience... female manager and security guard made a fuss because of one lollipop which my toddler opened they ask me to pay only for that lollipop first even I was still shopping and I had stuff in my trolley...so I paid for that lollipop first while I was shopping as the security guard came to me and ask me to pay that lollipop first because it is there policy which seems to be very rude as I am there regular customer and it was just a 50p lollipop
