Adrian has been brilliant! He helped my mum who has arthritis in her knees, she is so much more mobile. I’ve also experienced the long short term and long term benefits from seeing him and the advice around nutrition and exercises has been so helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of an Osteo!

Before seeing Adrian i had been to 4 different osteopaths and was about to give up on the profession. However, Adrian was the only osteopath to actually give me a diagnosis, in session treatment, and targeted exercises aimed at helping my lower back pain. All the others gave me a string of pdf documents with a random assortment of stretches that didn't feel tailored to my exact problem. He is knowledgeable and provides plenty of after care. If you are about to give up on Osteopaths and chiropractors all together please give Adrian a try before you do. He's Great!

Adrian is fantastic. He resolved my shoulder issues within a handful of sessions (problem I went in for) and improved my posture, mobility and core strength as part of the process as well. Outstanding. I see him for regular checkups now every 6-8 weeks to stay on top shape.

Great experience of working with Adrian to correct my posture and relieve back pain. He is always friendly and welcoming, giving lots of clear and easy to follow instructions and advice. He crams a lot of information and treatment into a short appointment, so you always feel you get the most you can out of the session. His treatments are always very effective and have worked well to help relieve the constant pain I was feeling in my shoulders and back. I feel happier, healthier and have a better understanding of my own body since beginning treatments with Adrian.

Very detailed assessment and treatment started to work straight away. I had the targeted massage session after the consultation, which really helped too.Adrian was clear with me that I would have to continue my rehabilitation at home and supplied me with exercises. He sent me progression exercises to try and checked in on how I was doing often. This was really encouraging and motivating. I hope he is able to reopen as soon as possible.

Adrian is very good at what he is doing. I had 2 sessions with Adrian. He helped me a lot about my Achilles pain. He also showed me some exercises to improve the areas, and send it to me by email after. He really spent a lot of time with me in each session. I highly recommend Adrian for anyone whether first time or had before. I will definitely see him again.

My mother had a serious car accident a year ago which resulted in severe pain in her right shoulder and hip. Adrian has been brilliant in helping her regain mobility as well as easing the pain she was feeling. He has also helped my father overcome knee problems. Not only is Adrian a fantastic and knowledgeable osteopath he is also an incredibly warm and kind person. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. Adrian has been absolutely superb. I have been seeing him due to a sciatica down my left leg and left shoulder bursa. I was suffering from quite a lot of pain. One session with Adrian and my mobility is back, he used cupping, acupuncture in conjunction with other treatments to relieve ...Adrian is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable.I understand where the issue originated and what postural/habit changes I need to make - thank you!
