ECMS Coffee Machine Services

Had Darren from ecms to service our coffee machine,ordered new parts told us how much it was going to cost,came done a first class job very pleased with his work won’t use any one else,not only that but advisedUs about the socket it was fitted in as the machine is 3.5kw which should be in a 16amp socket,got a Electrian in and he said the same as Darren ,machine runs at about 14.5amps so all told a 13amp socketIs not adequate, could have saved us a fire,thanks again Darren.

I recently contacted Darron at ECMS Coffee Machine Services as my 4 year old Bosch Tassimo coffee machine had stopped working ( a friend had recommended ECMS to me ) We communicated via Whatsapp, myself sending photo's and short video's of my poorly coffee machine in action ! Darron was extremely patient and after about an hour of us communicating via Whatsapp my coffee machine was back to work and made a very tasty caramel latte !! The culprit was probably faulty coffee capsules ( so not a faulty machine as it turned out ) so I can't say Darron actually fixed my machine but he certainly saved me from sending my coffee machine to the local tip and me then purchasing a new one. Good service is very hard to come by these days and I cannot thank Darron enough for his help and patience.

I found Darron and ECMS via an internet search for a local provider of repair services. Although my coffee maker is for domestic use Darron was extremely helpful and willing to investigate the fault[s] and then effect a repair. I was kept fully informed of the investigation, faults found and expected costs to repair the coffee machine. The parts were obtained promptly and the machine was returned to me in a fully operational state. Darron insisted on demonstrating that it functioned normally at the time of collection and before payment. The labour charge was very reasonable and the whole service provided can only be described as exemplary.

Had my Rocket machine serviced at home and the service was brilliant. Nothing appeared too much trouble and will use again for servicing and repairs.
