I am a driver for Newcastle Taxis. NEW CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED CARS. Along with great prices and friendly driver's. The company has a number of cars with visa capabilities and availability of the app makes for a better and more prompt service.

Have been using this service since it was TJs Taxi, always very reliable, cars always show up on time and drivers are very friendly. Accessible for passengers travelling with animals as they have cars on request that can take dogs.

Increasingly unreliable Driver came and went. Ages funding another car so we gave up!!

Keep away from this this taxi company,driver took me all over Newcastle I usually pay 11 pounds he charged me 14.50,when I called in office lady did know what to say never use them again

We booked a taxi from this firm today for 1pm to transport my dad who is currently undergoing cancer treatment at the RVI, he had an important appointment for a scan so had to be at the hospital for 1:30pm, we waited until 10 past 1 until my mam to see where it was and they lied and said it was stuck in traffic at Tesco up the road which we live right next to and there’s no way at this time of day the traffic there would be that bad, we then rang again and a different person said that the taxi was just leaving the city centre so we had to cancel otherwise he never would have got to his appointment! Absolutely shocking and pathetic service and then to lie as well, we managed to book a taxi with a different firm and just about made it in time for his appointment which is a good job otherwise it would have been cancelled and he would have had to wait weeks or months for another appointment when with cancer treatment time is of the essence! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Used TJ taxi van today to move single bed from A to B. We too old now to be faffin on. Cost £30 but much cheaper than other quotes. Lads lovely, gave them some choc croissants, free from tesco to boost their energy levels as bed frame was heavy

Absolutely awful service Please do not use them my wife waited 45 minutes in total for a cab which was supposed to have been at are address twice before when my wife said it hadn't been there they basically called her a liar and she had just had a knee replacement! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Always on time. Reliable and friendly. They need more drivers with card readers though

Picked up this evening last minute after calling round. Driver was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome for the whole ride. Would definitely recommend.
