I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE TO THE WAY E B CAVELL TREATED ME AND MY TWO SISTERS ALONG A PATH WE HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE, GAIL GELLING WHO DEALT WITH OUR MOTHERS PASSING WAS AN AMAZING LADY, SHE HELPED US FROM START" TO "FINISH" AND ABSOLUTELY "NOTHING" WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE FOR HER

Professional and caring. I highly recommend the team in Deal for their compassionate help and understanding. I was fully informed throughout the whole process of my husband's funeral which was so thoughtful and reassuring.

I found Cavell's really helpful and informative.. The team was excellent. I made an initial phone call then the Funeral Director came to see me . Brochure's were provided and plan's were made with the help of the team. Most of the plans were made at the office with Gail who was very helpful and made the arrangements a very personal day for dad.. thank you Gail.. Kevin provided an excellent presentation for dad after speaking to me about dad's past ect.. he also posted me the presentation. The flowers were beautiful and arranged by Gail.I was keeped in the loop every step of the way including a phone call from the team the day before the funeral to go through the arrangements for dad's funeral.. Everything went very smoothly . There was no worries at all about the arrangements Which was lovely during a difficult time.Dad's ashes were provided with the necessary information for scattering.Many thanks to Gail , Kevin and all the team at Cavell's.I also came away with a personal pension plan which I will be carrying out.l would recommend Cavell's to anyone for providing a personal funeral service.
