I have been seeing Gemma regularly over the past few years with a work related back problem.Initial diagnosis done at the first appointment, along with some treatment and genuinely felt better straight after. Advise and exercises are given to carry on with, and a maintenance appointment (as I call it) has basically kept me in my job!Gemma is highly knowledgeable and fantastic at her job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I have seen Gemma a few times now and each visit the issue I have is worked on in different ways each one an augment of the treatment before. There is no pressure to make the next appointment either. Gemma is amazing. Been to her today for a sore knee after hurting it on a trampoline, and found out that my knee turns in abit when bending and straightening and maybe because my foot rolls in abit, that could be putting strain on my knee. Didn't even know my foot did this. Great treatment and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Also they have other therapist her too from sports massage to more holistic therapys. They have it all covered under one roof! And they are all so friendly make you feel relaxed straight away.

Gemma put me at ease when I arrived for my first appointment, as I was a bit unsure what to expect, having never been to an osteopath before. Gemma explained everything she was going to do, checking along the way to make sure I was comfortable and giving me detailed reasons as to why I was getting the pain I was in and how the exercise should help. I have found the exercises she has given me helpful along with the videos to make sure I am doing them correctly, if haven't quite remembered from the appointment.
