We called Mike and he came over same day and showed us carpet samples! We had our carpets fitted by Josh. Both are very knowledgeable and showed some of the best customer service we have ever had. Couldn't ask for a better company to do your carpets, I would definitely recommend. Far better customer service AND cheaper than all the bigger brand companies. We will definitely be using them again in the future! :)

We have ordered carpets from Mike on multiple occasions whilst renovating our home. The showroom has a great selection of samples, Mike is super helpful and knowledgeable and the fitting service is also excellent - all round a truly wonderful service. It is safe to say we wouldn't go any where else for our carpets.

This without doubt one of the best customer services we have ever experienced.From start to finish it was superb, nothing was to much trouble, the advice and produce knowledge was excellent.As for project managing the whole process it was made worry free from moving furniture, fitting, arranging carpet protection service to carpentry work , along with first class communication .Supporting local business is important, and in this case no more expensive there going to a large retailer.

If you are looking for a retailer who you can trust and who offers excellent customer service you should consider M & F Carpets.We have now bought several carpets from them and both the pre and after service has been outstanding. Mike, the owner goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with what you have ordered offering objective advice etc. We were unfortunate that two of our carpets were found to be damaged on arrival from the wholesaler; Mike dealt with this in a very professional way always trying to ensure that our needs came first. The people he uses to fit the carpets Steve and Josh are also really helpful and do very good job. I have no hesitation in recommending M & F Carpets.
