Glaze-fix Basingstoke

I recently had a new composite door installed and would highly recommend Glaze-fix. Both the office staff and operatives were extremely helpful before placing our order and reassured us that they would do a professional job.Mick and Wayne were fantastic in carrying out the installation, going the extra mile to ensure that the fit was as good as possible. It wasn't an easy job by any means but they went above and beyond to complete it well. Above all, I found them to be really friendly, hard working and honest people.We're really happy with the new door and would recommend Glaze-fix to others who either need a repair or are looking to purchase a new door.

The best company we've used during a total house renovation. Lovely and friendly staff (face to face or office). Highly professional and unlike others, tidy up after themselves. I will always rate these guys as 5*+. You get more than you pay for and it's appreciated. If you want someone to come and do a professional glasier job, I would contact these guys. Our entire house has been done with these guys (I just need to sort the new front door with them), windows and doors, I can't rate them highly enough.

We had Alex from Glazefix out to quote for new windows as we thought that they needed replacing.At the appointment he explained that a number of the windows could actually be repaired and were not at the end of their life. They were the only company we had out to quote, who took the time to explain through options for us. When we received our quote it had an option for replacements or repairs.The quote itself was extremely competitive and we went with them. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Very impressive, would highly recommend!

Excellent company and knowledgeable people. I had an issue with my conservatory doors which was fixed very quickly on the same day of the call out. Mason and Matt are the people who fixed it and a special thanks to these two. They were very professional, and I would very strongly recommend Glaze-fix for any doors/windows repair.

We had a leak in our conservatory rood and with bad weather on the horizon we needed an urgent fix. Glaze-fix were fantastic from the first phone call to Mason coming out. They arrived early which was great, quickly identified the leak and fixed it within and hour. They talked me through what had caused the leak and how they had fixed it. The price was reasonable and they were constantly cleaning up after themselves. We have had heavy rain since and no more leaks. Definitely will recommend them and use their services again.

Highly recommend, very prompt response to my initial enquiry, followed by engineer within a week and then work completed by two very pleasant snd professional people (Matt and Mason), work completed to a very high standard plus advice on how to keep the doors aligned going forward.Really great to deal with a business that were not just willing but wanting to repair our French doors as opposed to most companies that just tried to sell me new doors (that I didn’t need)

Mason and Matt came to our property to fix a window, amazing service, can not fault them and their Knowlege.
