If I could give 0 stairs I would!Worse surgery iv every been to in the 6 city's iv lived in in my life time! Why dose it go straight to line busy with no prerecorded message telling you about the surgery? Also the receptionist are the most unempathetic bunch of women iv ever met!!!

A brilliant service.As a visitor to the area I needed a prescription for a drug I had forgotten to bring with me. The receptionist took all the details and within three hours the prescription was issued and the drug collected from Boots.Thank you to all concerned.

Good practice but Dr Anderson at the front usually room 1 or 2 and the other duty doctor are completely useless and unapproachable.

I visited Kingsmill Medical Practice with my 2y.o. daughter for the first time and Dr Katie Smith was amazing. Even though we weren’t registered with the practice and only visited Inverness for one night, Dr Smith went above and beyond to help us. She carefully examined my daughter and gave her a prescription. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you and all staff so much!
