If I could give 0 stars I would. Lauren had two couples sessions with me and my partner. She asked for individual sessions to get to know us in a one to one.Lauren got the time wrong for my session. I chalked this up to a one time mistake. I’d paid for this session in advance.Lauren asked to reschedule the session. She mistook the time AGAIN but me managed to have the call. She then asked me to pay for the second session, even though the first session was paid for and was missed because of her being unorganised.When I refused as I’d already paid she said she didn’t want to work with my partner and I moving forward. This was after four sessions during a traumatic time in our relationship.Unprofessional, unorganised and a non empathetic therapist. Duty of care, pfffffffft
