Warning! Cannot get replacement mattresses for future children!I bought the Hush bedside crib a little over 2 years ago for my baby after lots of research. I was very pleased with my buy. It is sturdy and my baby was always happy in it. However roll on to trying to purchase a mattress for my new baby for the same crib and they tell me it’s not available and no other mattresses will fit it. Despite telling me this they quote the lullaby trust at me telling me I need a new mattress (I KNOW!!) and that it’s not safe to use a product not made for the item (I KNOW!!!!) but no suggestions as to what to do next. Therefore an expensive product has become single use. I cannot understand how awards have been won for items that do not stand the test of time. Other big companies have spares websites. This one does not indicate any spares on their website at all. Be warned that their products are not future proofed. I wouldn’t have bought from them if I’d known.

Great product and I feel very safe leaving my little one in the playpen if I nip out of the room to do a job. The sides of the playpen are tall so there's no chance mt little one can hop a leg over and escape. The fabric is breathable and also aesthetically looks lovely.Only reason for 4 star and not 5 is delivery. Next day delivery is included as standard, but didn't recieve the product until 3 days later. One reason I bought through venture was for the next day delivery but this was not met.

Easy to assemble , nice quality. Feels sturdy. Pleased with our purchase, we are using for 4 weeks as a pen for our growing pups.

Delivery was extremely quick and although we haven't put it up yet the walls and flooring look great, exactly as advertised. The only little let down is the coloured balls are quite flimsy, most of them were dented straight out of the box. Cant wait for little man to be here so we can put it up.

Appears to be solidly built, robust and looking smart. The fold mechanism is simple and the car seat connectors work well. Wheels look like they should stand the test of on and off road, although I haven't yet tried it! For the price and for what you get for that price, it's an amazing buy. I can't see why 'premium' brands are so much more expensive compared to this from Venture. Have already recommended to another person. I can't comment on longevity of the travel system as I've only just bought it but so far so good!

Want to return a item i have ordered as its the wrong thing website says i have 30 days to return but need to contact customer service no proper contact details i have emailed but no idea if they have recieved my email. Silly that you have to contact company first to return a product had ibhad known this i would never have ordered from them

Great, the play pen is a good size and sturdy. Only fault with delivery, it said next day delivery but it came Tuesday. Which I ordered on Friday.

I’m extremely impressed with the folding playpen that I bought this week for my grandson. I ordered on Tuesday and it was delivered on Wednesday morning. Great customer service and an excellent product. Thanks you!

I bought the Venture Joy playpen. Then I saw that there was a canopy that I could buy for it that said it worked with the Venture Joy playpen, so I bought it. It didn't fit the square model, so customer service said that I needed to purchase the octagonal version, so I did. It doesn't fit that version either!!!!!!!Will change stars if issue is resolved!Update: They sent me the proper canopy. No further complaints.
