This company is a shame. The simplest issue becomes a problem with these guys. Avoid them at all costs

Dreadful experience with them, tried to book a viewing 6 times then when I called to confirm they said there was no record. I finally got confirmation of a booking and the estate agent didn’t show up. Then I called to sign for a tendency, was told to call them back. After calling back every day the one time I got though I was told the flat was gone. Awful experience, staff don’t keep track of things resulting in terrible customer service.

As a foreign worker searching apartments was a pain for me here. With lot of scrutinies I was feeling down and the property I got from another rental agency was below par.Then I met Hamza from Smart Moves and at the first sight of property I decided to go with it. He has been absolutely above the limits when it comes to getting things fast and smooth. The properties they manage and one I have now fantastic. I had the best experience here, moved in happily.I would definitely recommend Smart Moves for any rentals in Bradford and you don't have to worry about anything.Thanks to Hamza again!!!

Had an amazing experience dealing with Smart moves and got a wonderful 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of the city. A big shout-out for Hamza who was exceptional throughout the agreement period which includes viewing, contract signing, documentations etc. The whole process was so smooth and fast which I didn't expect. Myself and family are really enjoying the stay and the full credit goes to Hamza and his team.

Had a viewing booked for the afternoon, made clear that I was mainly in Halifax and Huddersfield, and would be going to Bradford specifically for the viewing so wanted to know it was 100%. Assured it was. The professionally incompetent excuse for an agent cancels by text 24 minutes before viewing time leaving me in the middle of Bradford at peak time. No offers to perhaps view alternative properties that were similar, not even the courtesy of a call so that we could try and sort something out, thereby depriving any other landlords crazy enough to use these cowboys the opportunity of a let today. Presumably they wanted to knock-off early.Use any of their competitors instead, they might actually have some interest in letting property.

Great help and on time. They provide the options you won’t normally find in the bigger renting apps.

If you rent an apartment with them, just be ready for everyday complain in the house. If anything has fault in the house, they take forever to fix it and their way of approach to tenants is Zero. They don't even deserve the 1star given. I regret renting an apartment from them

All the staff are great except sabiha.She can become rude and unproffesional spontaneously.
