Got a good deal on a car here, but they didn't complete the documentation for the DVLA on my old car that I traded in, and I've been getting taxed for my old car. Asked for confirmation via email to ensure they had completed all actions on their end, and they claimed to have completed all actions. Contacted DVLA and found out that they still had outstanding actions, 2 months after the sale.

Bought a Mercedes cla from Adam witch I was happy with the car from moment I brought it we had a problem with the sensors in witch Adam promised me he would fix it. Adam true to he’s word went above and beyond to rectify the problem with the car, He even sent the car to Mercedes main dealership to guarantee the car would be fixed. I would recommend this company to any1 that’s interested in buying a car from them. Thanks Adam much appreciate

We can't recommend Auto Now Bury enough. We just purchased our daughters first car from Reece. He was so helpful and friendly, he made everything so easy and wasn't pushy atall like some salesmen can be. Everybody has commented how beautiful the car is. We'll definitely be going back there next time.

Adam was most helpful and a week later I have the car I want, and delivered to my front door. What more could I ask for. He was there to answer any of my questions about the process and the car. Spoke to my broker to arrange for payment and now I have a business car to go to all my clients in style. Thank you so very much for you help, support and getting a car I wanted to my front door. I bought a car from them back in December last year, but have waited to see how things went post sale before reviewing. The sale itself was perfect. Adam is a friendly guy and a pleasure to deal with. Post sale, there have been a couple of issues but I bought an extended warranty so took the car back. The guys at the attached Skoda garage are also first class and have really gone above and beyond to sort things out with minimum fuss. I cannot recommend highly enough. I fully intend to continue trusting them to look after my car without hesitation.
