I attended here for my works Christmas dinner recently. The moment we arrived we were given a warm welcome and seated. Our 3 courses all arrived in perfect time and the overall taste, presentation and value is what made me give 5 stars.

This has to be the most underrated place in Worthing! The staff are so friendly, the food is amazing, as are the drinks, and there’s wide selection to choose from as well. All reasonably priced. They have a really nice set up outside as well, there was a little bar area and they had the football on a TV outside too. It felt like we were on holiday haha. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back!

Simple warm traditional Bulgarian cuisine. Genuine tastes with folk music and decor. Unfortunately we visited off season (February weekday) so the menus was limited and the oven was out of order. The kindness of the people and the warmth of the hospitality made up for that. Thank you!

Myself and 5 friends had a lovely evening at the Donchevi. The food was authentic, well presented, and tasted fantastic. We had the shared meat platter and various other tasty items. The service was first class.Would we recommend.. absolutely yes, and we'll be back!

We came an hour before closing and the service from Ivelina was 10/10. She was on her own and made us feel so Welcome. Food was so delicious!!Would be nice to have similar restaurant in South London, I think it has a huge potential. Music was very nice too. We will definitely return when visiting Worthing.

Very welcoming and helpful choosing something suitably Balkan. I had the lamb Kavarma with bread which i can fully recommend. Wonderfully tasty and warming on a cold evening.
