Top notch bikes and service. Both bikes were like new and in immaculate condition. Peter was very helpful and adjusted the bikes to our preference.Having a pub right across is a plus after a nice ride!

Super knowledgeable and friendly team. Hired a eMtb as a walk-in and had the best time flying around the great runs that on the doorstep of this great shop. I'm an experienced roadie but had lots of MTB questions and these guys take the time to listen and give lots of great advice for all levels. Spot on - strong recommend.

Great day out with great people riding the trails. Our guide was friendly and helpful making sure our whole group enjoyed the trails safely and the bikes we rented were top notch. They made the hills effortless and fun to conquer. The scenery and wildlife here is worth the trip even if you don't ride but the ride made this a very memorable experience. We will definitely be back!

It feels like being loved unconditionally with SHBR, I feel like they are just there for you. No matter what awful situation you manage to stumble away from and hobble in with - punctures, bad rear mechs, broken egos - you name it, as a rider-first bike shop (or like a loving parent) they don’t ask too many questions, bandage you(r hired bike) up, and you’re back on the trail riding again.Anyway my point is they are good at what they do and know their stuff, you should definitely hire from them knowing you’re in good hands and maybe don’t replicate what I do with them too often.

Great rental. The guys in the shops are very knowledgeable and friendly. Good bike. Reasonable price. I turned up 2h earlier as there was nasty rain coming at the time I’d planned and they sorted me a bike right away, no problem! Highly recommended!

We’ve hired EMTBs from Riders Hub twice now and were delighted by the experience both times. The check-in process is quick and easy and the bikes are a dream to ride. We’ll definitely be back.

Great service and the bikes were spot on. Really flexible with pick up/ drop off too, which helped me a lot. Very easy to set the bikes up as we wanted and they performed brilliantly over the 70 odd miles we managed to cover. Will definitely use again!

amazing trails, bike was in fantastic condition, set up perfectly for height and weight and suspension preference, and they gave great advice on how to access trails and which ones suit your style of riding.
