Came here to hire a wheelchair as I'm waiting for my new wheelchair to be delivered. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Sadly I was told they are closing this facility in September. They provide such a good service lending many aids for the elderly and disabled and all for a donation rather than them charging a set rate. A great charity.

All I can say is thank god for the Red Cross people there were a god send & life saver over the festive period.A family member had a couple of bad falls just before Christmas & with out these people & the rapid response team we would have been struggling.
