I have recently bought through Vaughan Reynolds and can only speak highly of their services as a buyer. There has been a really good level of communication throughout the nearly six months it took to get everything over the line (no fault of theirs, buyers that kept dropping out for whatever reason further down the chain). I have been really pleased with my experience as a buyer and wouldn't hesitate to use them for a future sale myself. I am really grateful to Abbie in particular for her help and patience over the last few months.

The service we received from the team at Vaughan Reynolds in selling our house was fantastic. Not only are they very professional and care about the details (the photographs and videos they create are amazing compared to the local competition) but they’re also polite, conscientious and understanding about selling your home whilst still trying to manage your busy family life with young children.All of the team are so friendly and you can tell they all want to do the best for you. Of course they are providing a service and need to make money, but I never once had even a whiff of high pressure sales which shows they are brimming of confidence and have years of knowledge and experience of what works best in the local housing market.I couldn’t rate the team at Vaughan Reynolds enough and I trust them.Ultimately their dedication and hard work spoke for itself within weeks as our house sold quickly in a difficult market. Vaughan Reynolds have been excellent at managing our house sale, which completed in June ‘22. I was initially attracted to them by the quality of their photos, drone shots, and virtual tours which are all very professional and stand apart from other agents. All the staff are very knowledgeable and I was far more confident in their ability to manage our sale than other, more national, agents which I dealt with for both sales and purchases in the past.We had several viewings, all managed by Vaughan Reynolds, with feedback received quickly after each one until we accepted an offer for the full asking price.Vaughan Reynolds (particularly Abbie) were very proactive in managing the various members of our chain at all stages of the sale, ensuring all were kept up to date and managing tensions, of which there were many. With 5 houses in our chain it wasn’t easy to coordinate, but Vaughan Reynolds managed us through it all, often having a far better grasp of the situation than the various solicitors!I would have no hesitation in recommending Vaughan Reynolds. Their knowledge and personal touch is something you just don’t get with other agents.

The Vaughan Reynolds Team are efficient and professional, dedicating themselves to smoothing the process of our house sale. Matt's sales negotiating skills are really impressive - and we ended up achieving the exact outcome that he had predicted - finding us a buyer on Day One of the process. I was particularly impressed by Abbie's integrity and attention to detail at every stage of selling our (thatched) property. She patiently and professionally coordinated communication across the whole chain. In essence, she was the glue that held the process together.I can't recommend Vaughan Reynolds enough.

The service I have received from Vaughn Reynolds has been superb.I have used other well established estate agents in Stratford in the past, who were fine, but Tom and his colleagues at Vaughn Reynolds are head and shoulders above the competition.Communication was excellent. I would receive a text or email updating me on viewings, offers etc. With any urgent matters, Tom would call immediately. When 2 identical offers were received, I was advised on the best way forward, which I agreed and left in the agent’s hands. Within a couple of days a higher than asking price offer was accepted. It took less than 2 months from me appointing them to completion of the sale.They know the local market very well and I recommend them highly.
