Gary should try and be a little bit more patient and polite with people who are clearly interested in the company and could quite easily be potential future customers. Joe needs a coat with longer sleeves that actually fits, as it just looks a bit silly to be honest. I'm genuinely surprised he doesn't realise that, as it is rather obvious in my opinion. The security guard was friendly overall, but clearly didn't know the rules that he was trying to enforce, and YES he must have his SIA licence on show at all times while carrying out his duty.

Avoid! One of the workers has one the most funniest coats I've seen that does not fit. Someone can't look after themselves, can look after your needs!

Receptionist is brilliant, security guard tries hard but needs some proper training. Gary and Joe left me feeling disappointed in humanity. I'd like my first aiders and fire wardens to be kind hearted human beings.

After 2 weeks of usage the bag (bought on the UK website) was already damaged, a French shop kindly replaced it but even the second one had the same PB. 2 emails were sent to the sales department they never replied. More than 10 years we are regular customers, what a disappointment!
