Great work on my X5 (G05), servicing and diagnostics carried out to find a wiring fault.Had some issues with the card machine but other than that would highly recommend.

I've Never had an issue with this garage before but after today I won't be back. Popped in to see about a price for brakes pads and discs all round. As they where busy he asked if I could bring it round Friday so he could have a look. I explained it had been recently serviced and had an MOT (done at another gaurage as part of a deal when car was purchased) and that the brakes had been flagged up as needing done. They wanted to check the brakes for themselves before giving me a call with quote and then carrying out job if price was ok. So that was the plan sounds good so far. Wife dropped car in Friday morning garage had car most of the day. We got call saying car was ready for collection and that quote would be ready when we got there. Went down a little confused when we arrived was told my brakes needed done which I knew already. And was handed the quote for rear pads and discs and front pads they also recommended we change the front discs which i found confusing as not put in quote dispite me asking for this originally. I was then handded a bill for £33 which I refused to pay.as no charge was mentioned when putting car in quote was incomplete and all I got was information I already knew and had already shared with them. However the main reason I will never use them was the way I was spoke to when not happy with my £33 bill. Rude and childish will not be back and will longer recommend to friends and family customer service really needs looked at.

Really good family firm - know their stuff when it comes to maintaining your car and reasonable prices too.
