I had a deep tissue massage by Piotr. He made me feel very comfortable and had lovely energy. He was very professional and polite. He explained why certain muscles might be tighter and really educated me. He always ensured the pressure he applied was just right. He spent extra time showing me specific stretches to help with problem areas and did more than I expected for a 30 minute session. I instantly felt relieved in certain areas and waking up the next day I feel even better. I would 100% recommend Piotr and I will most definitely be back for longer sessions to target other areas I didn't even know were tight! I can't sing his praises enough!As well as the receptionist (sadly I did not get her name), she ensured I had water upon arrival and departing and gave such a warm welcome.

My first time visit ever with a Chiropractic. Mr Jonathan Cook is a very kind and knowledgeable practitioner. He explained everything in details to all my questions. I'm a lot better now and my movements improved tremendously. I really appreciate what he has done for me.Thank you again Jon for all your help.

Excellent service! I had never visited a chiropractor before, and I have literally been amazed by the results! Magic!I am a reasonably fit 45 year old, but have been suffering with lower back pain from having a sedentary job for a long time. Anthony diagnosed my aches and pains, explaining everything fully and answering my many many questions. I felt immediate relief and improvement after my first visit and have subsequently continued to feel better. Great advice, treatment and service thank you so much! Incredibly impressed!I’m not a serial review leaver, however on this occasion I would like to share my experience and shine a light on this clinic.I have been suffering with chronic lower back pain for 12+ months. I thought this would go away as I have been previously advised by other clinics (including my Dr and Christchurch hospital) that there is nothing wrong and it’s a muscular imbalance which simply requires stretches. I did the stretches to no avail and even had an X-ray of my back.Still in worsening pain and concern, which can on bad days, restrict my ability to walk normally, I decided to take action and seek some help.I chose this clinic due to their reviews and expertise on their website. Albeit sceptical from my past experiences. I was able to book an appointment easily online at my convenience, and only having to pay a deposit and not pay in advance instilled confidence.I arrived and felt immediately welcome. The Clinic is surgically clean and I was welcomed by Klaudia, who was smily, kind and very professional.Everything ran perfectly on time, and John (my chosen practitioner) welcomed me into the treatment room, where he ran me through a verbal assessment of my pain, diving into potential causes and scenarios with no rush.He then carried out a physical assessment, identifying areas of pain and discomfort without any guidance from me. He even managed to identify a shoulder pain that I hadn’t ever mentioned.He carried out a full and thorough assessment, keeping me informed at every step and dynamically explaining the medical and laymen’s terms from his findings.John then carried out several adjustments to my lower back and mid back, making me feel confident for the duration and constantly explaining his every action.The aftercare is second to none with everything explained and emailed to you, to ensure you have all the tools to support your recovery.I am very impressed, and I think what speaks volumes is that John and his team have a genuine passion and love for what they do.For the first time ever with my back pain, im actually looking forward to my second appointment and the correction of my spine and posture.S.Kelson

Wish I came here a long time ago! Long term reoccurring back issue that flared up again. Great communication during the assessment, explaining each step and why it was being performed, and then explaining clearly the issue identified, and what the plan should be going forward. Highly recommended!

My experience at The Back Pain Centre has been amazing! I have Fibromyalgia and get regular treatments to help me cope with my aches and pains. I have been seeing Jonathon Cook who does a wonderful job of treating me and helping me with my pain. He is very kind and knowledgable, and makes me feel very comfortable. The receptionists are always very kind and welcoming! I highly recommend The Back Pain Centre :)

I've used this clinic recently as tennis elbow occurred in both hands.Treatment done by Piotr. Cause of ailments quickly diagnosed and followed by massage and dry needles. Improvement appeared quicker then expected. Very professional, enlightened men. Positive attitude. Will use again if needed. Highly recommend.

I used a different quiropractor for more than a year. However, I didn't get the expected results.From the first time that I visited Mr Bradford, I stared to see the positive changes right away, the time that he put into every patient provinding a full explenation about your back and giving you information about how to improve your posture is awesome. It made me feel cared for. Compared to my previous experience, which was quantity vs. quality and more pricey. It's been one of the best experiences, and I highly recommend him.
