Over the last 18 months we've had a 2 storey extension, driveway, patio and fence constructed by Hickfords and would not hesitate in fully recommending the company. The speed in which the works were completed was very impressive and we felt reassured at all times. The standard of the work was also top notch. Alan and his team worked with us throughout to achieve a home that we are now proud of. 100% recommend.

We have recently had a new drive and some fencing, we are very happy with the project from start to finish which has completely transformed the front of our house. The team from Hickford’s were very professional and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Alan's team did an amazing job on transforming our patio, it looks incredible. Great workmanship, very professional and thoughtful team, they took their time to ensure everything was completed to a very high standard. We were lucky enough to have Hickford Construction build our extention and renovate our now beautiful home. I would not hesitate in recommending Alan and his team, if you are looking for professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, reliable builders whose number one aim is to have satisfied happy clients then look no further. Alan's team were on the job everyday through harsh weather rain or shine, they worked hard causing the least amount of chaos considering how extensive our build was. We have had endless people stop passing our home, compliments and even knocks on the door to ask for our builders name. Something that always concerned me was the aftercare or being able to communicate to put my mind at rest during the build but Alan was always there and returned my calls which was refreshing. Alan has his own guys working for him and regularly checks in on the job which was another bonus, it was Richard and the team so we saw the same faces eachday which did make a huge difference to us as a family with young children. Once finished we again looked to Alan to landscape our garden too which is beautiful with indian sandstone patio to compliment our build. Thank you for all your hard work!!

Alan's team have recently completed a new wrap around extension to our house complete with a new patio with close bard fencing. The extension houses a new kitchen (fitted by Hickfords) and downstairs cloakroom. All the members of his team were extremely helpful and worked with us to get the best result. The work was completed to a high standard, on time and in budget. Needless to say we are extremely pleased with the end results and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had been looking for a company to do our driveway as well as our neighbours for quite a while. We got a couple of quotes and went with Hickford’s because they were competitively priced and we knew they had previously done a friends driveway and it looked great.We were not disappointed. The guys working on our driveway were punctual, hard-working and did a great job.We love our drive and we know if we have a problem, we can call Alan and his team back and they’ll put it right. I’m sure we won’t need them though.

Excellent service. Completed a new conservatory. Back garden was finished off with a lovely patio slabbed area and inside the house our living /dinning room was made into 1 all completed to a high standard definitely recommend this company

The team were amazing. We've had a fairly standard room converted into a stunning master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and vaulted ceiling. They made the process easy and offered some great advice. The build quality was excellent and they couldn't do enough for us explaining the answers to any questions we had. We are looking forward to welcoming the team back for further works in the spring.
