Terrible service. Technicians do not show up when booked. Over charged by double the initial cost. Incorrect parts. Do not use this company they are con artists. Only gave 1 star as no stars is not an option.

D&G sent newlove repairs to fix my beko washing machine. All I can say is wow". The gentlemen arrived in good time straight on to the job and fixed within 30 minutes. One part changed there and then!! Couldn't recommend them more. Very professional no messing about and on the hottest day of the year!! Well done guys and a big thank you!!"

Pretty appalling service Grumpy engineer who couldn't fix appliance. Then cancelled or didn't show for call back or said they couldn't find or enter building even though they were given precise instructions. I rang up and explained this and no effort was made to go the extra mile and get it sorted. Just rebook again and wait 2 weeks which had happened 3 times previously. Very disappointing.

It took 3 visits (and one visit where the engineer didn't arrive) but he fixed our induction hob, where another repair company had tried and failed and another refused outright to even look at it. The call-out charge was reasonable enough and the part was passed on at cost.Our oven is working and we're very pleased.LATEST: 3 days after that review the oven fault returned, but to give Newlove Repair their due, they are still trying to fix it. Engineer arriving again on Monday.

Absolutely fantastic service. repaired my fridge freezer for more than £80 cheaper than I was expecting and did so with very friendly staff both in the office and the engineer that attended. they gave me an indication what time of the day my appointment was going to be in which meant there was no sat waiting around, I managed to get everything done in the afternoon after their visit in the morning. They went above and beyond their call of duty to make the repair as easy as possible for me. I will without doubt use this company whenever I need something doing again, Thank you.

Avoid this company. Shoddy workmanship (part fitted to tumble dryer literally fell off within hours of the ‘engineer’ leaving). Despite sending photos I was basically called a liar by said ‘engineer’. The most entitled, rudest company I have ever encountered. Customer service skills of a house brick. Unprofessional, rude, incompetent and entitled and took over a month and half for the ‘repair’ (which then fell off). Avoid.

Happy with the service but I do not trust their pricing and integrity of the staff.Emailed the company as my oven had broken. I got a response from Andrew saying it is a £60 call out fee and call to make an appointment (see pic). Called up, got an appointment and again quoted £60, absolutely fine and happy as got an appointment.I was at work the day of the appointment so my mother in law waited in. I left her with the £60 as quoted. When Andrew arrived he said the appointment was £75. She told him she only has £60 and that was what was stated as call out fee. He accpeted the £60.Again happy with the service. Andrew said it just needed a new element which he said is no more than £30. (I have looked online they're £15 for my oven). When he came to install it a couple of days later as arranged, my wife was in on her own this time, with the £30, but he now said it was £45. Fixed and fully working again.Good service but simply do not trust their pricing.

Just had Gavin here, looking at our over used Samsung dryer. He was friendly, professional and talked us through our options and gave lots of advice. We would highly recommended, and we will certainly use Newlove again!

Cancelled ON THE DAY of planned call out at 09:30 in the morning. Job was booked three days before but they did not contact the day before to say they could not attend. Avoid if you want a reliable engineer that communicates ahead of time.
