University Quarter Nottingham Student Accommodation

UQ are the most kind and friendly team anyone could ever ask for. The property is perfect and the team always helps if there’s anything wrong! I wish I lived in UQ Properties the whole of my uni experience they’re just that good. Highly recommended, everything perfect!!!!

Couldn’t recommend enough!! When I originally moved in I thought that what was being offered was a bit too good to be true, but it wasn’t. The staff are super efficient and friendly, and they have always been keen to fix any problems we’ve had as soon as possible. They prioritise our safety but also our enjoyment, and they have made our time at uni so much easier and a lot more enjoyable :)

Since moving in here in sept 22 it’s been the best student accom I’ve been in. The whole UQ team have been amazing, super friendly making living here so much more comfortable. Quick to fix any issues with the property and always go above and beyond when the tenants need anything. They threw us little parties with drinks and food trucks in the courtyard which made it super social as well :) couldn’t recommend it enough.

Living at Royal Albert Court under University Quarter shaped my university experience, so much so that I am staying with them for another year. The events they hosted during halloween, Christmas etc., the effort they put into decorations, and making the environment so welcoming was a living environment I had yet to experience during my studies. The maintenance team were always on hand to help with any problems as were all the staff, particularly Ashley, Holly, and Marta who were always super friendly and helpful! I felt safe in the area, especially as it's gated. Couldn't recommend booking accommodation through UQ enough, worth every penny! :)

Couldn’t recommend more! Staff are amazing! They are so friendly and really get to know everyone in the court. They are only one message away if you need anything or have any problems in the accommodation. The staff through regular events where there is food and drinks for free. It’s very social. It’s very safe as it is a gated community and there is CCTV.The accommodation is perfect for student living and the rooms are a perfect size and very easy to decorate.

Hands down the best student accommodation in Nottingham. Stayed there for two years and had the best time. The entire team makes you feel welcome from start to finish. From day one you get a bag of goodies and throughout the year the team throws courtyard parties for all the tenants.Shout out to Steve who is always on site and always being there to help the tenants with whatever they need with a laugh and a joke. Holly and the office are also great, always being ready to sort any issues the tenants might have.Would 100% recommend to any student living in Nottingham.

LOVELIEST company you could stay with. We were lucky enough to find them for our second year flat and it was the easiest decision to stay for our final year too. They make you feel at home from the minute you move in, help to socialise with other flats and always make time to help with anything you need.They have made our university experience one we’ll never forget and couldn’t recommend them enough.

I have stayed at UQ for 2 years and couldn't fault it. The friendly staff ensure an accommodating stay where you feel welcome and looked after. This makes UQ incredibly safe and secure, a great option for University accommodation. The maintenance guys are great and ensure any problems are fixed ASAP, with a caring attitude. Despite being in the heart of Nottingham which is a great location that's close to everything, it's also very quiet and you would never know that you are so central. The staff also go above and beyond to make your stay with them memorable and are so thoughtful (eg. sending cards at special times of the year). I couldn't recommend the University Quarter enough and I'm positive you will love your stay here just as much as I have.

Best place to stay if a student in Nottingham, stayed with them for 4 years and am so sad to leave.Steve the ‘maintenance man’. He does so much more than just the maintenance he makes this place feel like a home, can always have a joke and feel comfortable with him. He also fixes everything you need!The team in the office including holly and marta are great, any issues they will help you with and are so welcoming!The whole team is great not to mention the flats and house which without saying are the so cheap and are amazing!! Couldn’t recommend them anymore!!

BEST student accommodation there is, all the staff are super efficient, friendly and informative. Emergency contact numbers and CCTV to ensure safety as well as codes for doors and an excellent fire alarm system. I have lived here for 2 years and could not recommend enough!!!
