I came to CoreHealth in April this year. I was at a point where daily pain, weakness and low mood were the norm for me. After going to my GP the only option they gave me was very strong painkillers which I didn’t want to get caught in a cycle of.It was at this point I reached out to Francesca for advice and she recommended coming to CoreHealth for a consultation with Karishma. From the minute i came in I felt at ease and supported. Karishma explained why my body was acting the way it was, the cause of my pain and the way that we could get it to a place where I’d feel healthy and happy again.Over the past 6 months Karishma has brought me back from a really horrible place physically and mentally, and I can honestly say the treatments have changed my life. Without her treatments I honestly don’t know where I’d be right now.If anyone thinks that pain, weakness and low mood is there forever, trust me, it isn’t. CoreHealth Chiropractic’s Karishma Nana has been treating me for decreased mobility in my hips and lower back for a month now and I can’t believe the difference she’s made. I couldn’t reach down to put my shoes on when I first visited and at the end of my first treatment, and since, I’ve been able to reach down easily. The treatments have made a huge difference to my legs post surgery. I can highly recommend both Lauren and CoreHealth.

Francesca is an amazingly talented professional with a genuine aptitude for healthcare. She successfully balances an exceptionally broad and always expanding skills base with care and consideration for the individual.Her care for myself and family for many years has be integral in treating the great majority of our health needs successfully, including two in their 90’s.
