Gary is very knowledgeable about the benefits of cbd oil and offered advice on various types and methods of taking.Different strengths if I remember means you take more or less liquid up to the max 70mg per day.Liquids in ml, but clear instructions on conversion to ml.Chose a 30ml bottle to try for approx 12 to 14 days.I would say I have felt a benefit, feeling less tired and sore after doing chores.So much so I will try another 30ml bottle for another period and see how I get on.I am 67 years old.

Ordered a few things and had an instant response from vendor updating me on purchase so was impressed straight away. Think it must of been dispatched same day as arrived super quick and all items were exactly as ordered and well packaged. Even with the very reasonable delivery charge for everything, still worked out cheaper than anywhere else. The xmas discount code was a nice cheeky wee bonus as well. Will defo be using site again!
