Having searched for a Mini for my wife for several months and frustrated by local dealerships around Somerset, we embarked on a conversation with John West at Prentice Mini Portadown re. one of their cars which seemed ideal.The service we received was exceptional, from prompt responses to our queries to trusting re-assurances of our concerns re. buying a car we hadn't seen and collecting it at the Birkenhead Ferry terminal. John personally checked the car and it's progress to point of delivery.My wife and I both are obsessive when it comes to cars, this car on arrival was just as perfect as he described, beautifully presented even after the 8 hour ferry crossing.The handover by Gareth Savage was faultless and we did appreciate the extra effort he made to deliver the car to us.The whole experience in our view exceeded the expectation" in all aspects

I would have scored Prentice MINI higher but alas 5 is the maximum.Mark made the transaction of changing my Wife’s car so painlessly smooth.Superb communication, excellent Customer Service all round an exceptional experience as a customer.We also needed a last moment oil service on my Wife’s old car which Mark and Niall facilitated brilliantly.More than happy to recommend them to everyone.

Just purchased a mini off Prentice Mini. Absolutely fabulous experience. They have a friendly but highly professional service with a great knowledge of the products available. Would highly recommend this company if your in search of a Mini and I’ve no doubt the BMW showroom is off an equal standard. Five star!!!!
