This is the second time I have used Dan's services and been extremely happy on both occasions with the grout gleam process. Refreshed one shower and one full bathroom. Dan responded promptly to first enquiries and made appointments for quotes and to carry out the work very soon after. Very reliable, clean worker, no fuss - easy to forget he's in the house! Dan has just finished our very awkward and badly laid brick floor in the kitchen and utility. I must say I was initially quite sceptical but after Dan had cleaned the floor with absolute care and precision and applied the top coat on day two I am most impressed with the finish and colours he has revealed in the brick. Dan was meticulous in his preparation and most respectful of working in our house. On time, every time, on budget and kept us informed at all times. His follow up suggestions as to how to maintain the floor surface are also very helpful. I would welcome Dan into my home anytime.

Dan recently deep cleaned the stone floor in our old farmhouse kitchen. They were a mixture of newer and very old stone slabs and the result is fantastic, we are so pleased! The stones now show lovely colours which we never knew they had and they are now clean and sealed and look beautiful. Dan was professional, punctual, courteous and polite, it was a pleasure to have him in our home. We have no hesitation in highly recommending him - thank you very much Dan.

Had Dan to bring back to life tired flagstone tiles in a property recently purchased . He did some graft and the results were unbelievable! - I honestly thought there was no chance of the fantastic result he achieved. On top of that , Dan is a great guy - would recommend !

Dan came to deep clean and seal the tiles in our large kitchen last week. The grout was really dirty and did not respomd to any treatment I tried. The tiles also needed cleaning thoroughly. Dan arrived on time and worked hard all day. He then spotted an area which he wasn’t happy with and set to until he was satisfied with the end result. The floor was sealed and now looks almost like new. I would highly recommend Dan’s work - good communication beforehand, clear and reasonable estimate, professional approach and quality work.

I am so happy that I asked Dan from 'Tile and Stone Care' to renovate my terracotta floors. The tiles had been neglected and were badly stained and some were black. I tried everything myself to clean them with no luck. Dan came around and measured up and gave me a very competitive quote and I accepted. What a difference !! My terracotta tiles are like new and I am so pleased. I have no hesitation in recommending 'Tile and Stone Care Wales'.BTW Dan turned up exactly on the day he had promised and finished when he said he would. Also, no mess - brilliant.
