Very poor company. Been waiting 16 months for a service. I pay a monthly plan but they can’t be bothered to return phone calls or emails, let alone actually turn up to carry out any work. Avoid at all costs!!!

Decent service until paid, this company refuses to give customer invoices, they're unprofessional and rude to deal with. I will be gladly using one of these a competitors in the future.

Absolutely awful. Paid a monthly fee for over four years which was supposed to provide me with peace of mind in the event of a breakdown" together with an annual service of the boiler to reduce the risk of breakdown. Nobody has showed up since June 2020 to service the boiler and when it broke down during one of the coldest periods this winter they left me waiting a week without heating and I had to pay an alternative company to fix the problem. I still cannot decide whether they are charlatans or simply incompetent."
