Cannot recommend enough!! First time using Ben and I’ll never go elsewhere! From start to finish he has been absolutely incredible.To cut a very long story short, I brought a discovery sport from a dealer and within a few months the gearbox needed to be replaced. As you can imagine, I was totally at a loss and petrified of costs and being without a car until it was fixed.Ben reassured me the day he got the car collected that he would take care of it and I didn’t need to worry. Well, he is a man of his word! He dealt with the warranty company, he kept me UPTO date with the process and replaced the whole gear box within a day of receiving it. No fluff and a totally honest guy with an incredible service.Thankyou so much Ben, I’ll be recommending to absolutely everyone and will never use another garage again!

I have used many of mechanics over the years that I've been in business. I've used ben Thompson autos now for over 7 years, himself and is team have always been there to advise and always have repaired any of my vehicles to the highest standard you would expect . Never had any issues other than little snags but alway sorted as expected. Ben and his team have become our go to workshop over the last year for all our major repairs, from complete BMW engine replacement to body off turbo replacement's on Range Rovers, and everything in between, I have to say on every occasion the service had been exemplary, Ben has even personally made the 88 mile round trip to collect and return our vehicles at all hours including weekends.This company are simply streets ahead of there competition and we highly recommend them.

I’ve used this garage for years, I trust them to do the work with my classics and they do all the modern cars to. Never had any problems, I also take the family's cars there. Everyone there is nice and friendly and I would recommend to anyone.

I needed a clutch replacement as quickly as possible. I spoke with Ben who was very clear they would try their best to get it done, availability of parts and cost. Was in contact to keep me informed of progress and managed to get it done in time frame. Very grateful and will happily use again
