Now Nails Braehead

Have used this nail salon on lots of occasions normally delighted with my nails .But not this time. Got a French polish done on 5th Oct .First white tip came off completely 2 days later and by Monday 11th October all of my nail polish is chipping and lifting So disaapointed .Considering I protect my nails and wear gloves at work

Went to get my nails done on the 24th it's now the 28th my nails have chipped and the rest of my nails look awful. This was my first time going as well. I think the person that was doing my nails was in a hurry. My nails aren't strong and are bending. Just awful

If you want your nails to look like they’ve been done by a 7 year old child then go. This was the worst nail experience I have had in my life. I went in to ask for a design 2 days before my wedding day. The nail design was so bad I almost cried but kept it together. They kept on redoing it. It was so simple too only gel and they charged £25 for their pathetic job. Next day my gel nails chipped off. I went back and they promised me to redo the whole thing for free because it was genuinely so ugly and they want my wedding day to be special. Due to traffic I was 10-15mins late as it was during rush hours and the woman said she can’t do it anymore and didn’t even offer to at least fix the chipped nails with some colour and top coat. I basically just cried my eyes out at that point. My brother was there and tried to reason with them and I said no they are okay with ruining my wedding day so I just want a refund. Can you imagine what one of the employees said as I was crying my eyes out? “You are being rude”. None of them have decent skills or techniques. None of them have respect or dignity to a clients important dates in life. None of them have empathy either. They are only there for a paycheck and bad skills. Please don’t bother going there I promise there are hundreds of close by nail technicians around that area.

Desy is so professional and her attention to detail goes above and beyond. Love my nails, she always does an amazing job. Can’t wait to be back :) Thank you ♥️

Always good service and the girls are lovely, they're helpful and put you at ease. And my nails are always really pretty when their done.

I just had gel fingers and toes done by Stephanie in Braehead and am delighted. She helped with colours doing an overall fantastic job, she was so friendly and helpful, my nails look fabulous. Throw in some great advice and chat made this visit well worth five stars plus. Thanks Stephanie.

Coming up for 2 weeks and still waiting for a basic reply over email for an appointment query.Could have booked an appointment elsewhere and had my nails done by now. Waste of time.If that's the approach to new customers then I'd just suggest looking elsewhere.

I have been visiting Now Nails for around 12 months now and I just wanted to share how much I would recommend this business.The girls are all extremely talented but also so polite at the same time. I find booking an appointment here really easy and stress free. I love that parking is so easy and I can do some shopping at the same time.Tammy did my nails the last time and she was so lovely and helpful. I do recommend all of the girls though.
