Aways take my car in here, such great staff and service.

After handing over my BMW for service, I eagerly awaited its return. However, upon receiving the vehicle and driving it back home, I was disheartened to discover that it was not functioning properly. It became apparent that the issue had occurred during the repair process, causing the vehicle to break down.Without a doubt, this has been the most unsatisfactory experience I have encountered with BMW service. It is imperative that you reconsider your position as an authorized BMW dealer, as the level of service provided falls far below the standards one would expect.

Awful, just awful from the painful booking in process, the not fit for purpose site location to the largely incompetent team. Main dealer used to mean super efficient, and a justification for there premium costs, instead you now get an automated script and a fractured process.Its my second interaction with the vertu group, lots of centralised systems and a distinct lack of customer focus.

Get the job done but unfortunately not very friendly in store or on the phone quite abrupt and borderline rude at times seems like they want you off the phone as soon as they can! I would rather drive 1h30mins to Marshall bmw in Bournemouth

Everyone who book to use the services here, make sure you tell them you will want a waiting appointment, need the car back asap. Otherwise they will out your car to be done at very last minute.The idea I was planning to drop off the car first thing in the morning, it’s to have the car back before my son (4 years old ) finish his school, but at 11am I call Bmw and make sure if they can make it on time , they said they will call back me, they never did . Until 2pm I called again, they said my car not in workshop yet . I arrive bmw at 3pm , and planning to wait for it . And right now it is 5 pm I have been waiting for 2 hours In the shop. And it is raining outside , my son is still waiting for me at the school to pick up. And there is still no sign for my car services being finish. I am really disappointed to Bmw, they said I didn’t mention I will be waiting for it, my appointment it’s a all day appointment, which mean they can put my car to last one to be done . I am so sad and angry and worrying my son .

Great car abysmal person on the service desk who really shouldn't be customer facing.Unhelpful, terse, sullen, great way to start your day off badly. Plethora of mistakes that are someone else's but no apology or escalation.Same each visit. The valet person on the other hand is really nice.

Disappointing from BMW in general. The dash board on the 6 series I have, reads 'Chassis problem'. I've been told by BMW Dorchester that only BMW can fix it and they can fit me in, in August! It's now 6th July! They have informed me that Barnstable BMW might be able to fit me in earlier. When I posed the question why would I buy BMW again"?

All new staff to me and all new computer systems to them (following takeover).Considering this, I was dealt with in a professional and friendly way.No complaints.Thank you

Came in today to have a full service done on my car, Really impressed with the service. Kept me up to date on the progress and even got a little video of my vehicle check. Staff were very friendly and professional! Amazing turnaround time as well! Very pleased :)

I must express my disappointment by stating that this has been the most unsatisfactory experience with BMW service I have encountered to date. I strongly believe that you should reconsider your status as an authorized BMW dealer, as your level of service does not meet the expected standards.
