As a single mum, I was really dreading the procedure, however, Doctor Charles and his team were very efficient, clean and reassuring. The procedure was done within minutes, my boy was round 9 days old and only cried for a few minutes. The after care was explained to me very thoroughly and has healed nicely since with no issues. I definitely recommend this team.

This review is way overdue. I can't fault the service from Hibbert Baby Circumcision. We had a home visit booked with them last year (2022) when my little boy was born. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, supportive and very helpful. The whole process was explained clearly before going ahead. It was a swift process and the after care was fantastic. Charles continued to ask for updates once it was done and was available whenever needed. The process they use is so much better than the ring/plastibell method and healing time was much much faster in comparison to my first born who was done elsewhere. Highly recommended. Excellent service and would highly recommend!First time mum here and I was so nervous about having the procedure done to my little boy. I was so glad I went to Dr Hibbert. They were very professional and friendly from the start. The aftercare was brilliant and I felt so much at ease. Our baby healed pretty quickly too and that says a lot about their service. 100% would recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Absolutely brilliant service and such brilliant people. Really friendly and did a good job of putting a worried mother's heart at ease. The procedure was very swift. Everything was explained in thorough detail of how the procedure is carried out. Aftercare instructions were very clear. The response time to any messages was very quick, and they are available 24/7. I can't believe how quick my son healed. Thank you for everything.

I very rarely give 5 stars. Whenever I give 5 stars, that means that services are excellent.I got home services for my baby and person this it so professionally that baby didn't cried much. As a parent, I was much worried that if that will he painful for my child, but they did it professionally. Also, the person who did it has a good sense of humour, and he used that skill to divert your mind from worry and make your mind relax that your baby is in safe hands.Had it done yesterday, now baby is healing well.I'll strongly recommend anyone for these services, especially when you can get home services with full support around 24 hours.Thank you, team.

Doctor Charles and his team were really nice. The procedure lasted less than 2 minutes. I was also able to ask questions and seek advice even days after the procedure as they are always available to answer my queries any time of the day. He also advised me to update him about baby's health and healing which shows me that they care. Baby's wound has healed nicely with no issues at all. I will definitely use their services again and will also recommend their services.

I first used Dr Charles and the team in lockdown 2020 for my first son. The service was absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have asked for more. They were so attentive and professional and kind. The aftercare was great and they made sure to check on how our baby was doing and to answer any queries or issues we had. Our son healed so quick and we had no worries with him at all. I have been recommending the team to family and friends. We didn’t hesitate to use them for our second son earlier this year. Fantastic all round.
