Morning, arrived at Victoria store 0800am as advertised on your website, waiting with two other customers! Staff arrived seventeen minutes past eight! Obviously nothing ready and wasn't able to select my own cupcakes! I waited ten minutes to place my order, improvements with your customer service /opening hours! Finally received my box of 12!!

Can you please update the opening times on your website and on Google. I planned to buy some cupcakes before I catch my long journey bus home, but I found the store to be closed when I got there at 6:45pm on a Sunday, but it says on your website the store closes at 8:00pm and same goes for Google.
