I have seen plays and stage settings at the New Era Theatre that are better than some West End productions! For £12 per performance it is unrivalled. The 50 seat theatre is intimate and cosy and drinks & nibbles are available at reasonable prices pre show and during intervals. An interesting fact - the seats are actual plane seats that have been gorgeous reupholstered. Their quarterly productions are a must see!

This may be a theatre for amateurs but the quality and calibre of the cast, always guarantee a pleasant evening out. The theatre may be small, but! It is so mighty, that you would not believe it is not a professional theatre.
