Fair quality and pricing, but very sad for the delivery service they use. Parcel Force is terrible and makes ordering from RS a pain.

Was trying to find a circuit breaker the same size/shape to fit an old Clipsal fuse box, the staff were no help what so ever. Ordered one from the website that people claimed was the same (made by Schneider), it wasn't. Not worth the time to return/send it back as it was only a few pounds. Price's are reasonable but customer service is rubbish.

Order one day and collect the next. Great service and good prices.Only comment RS need to update their Google listing. If you ring the Nottingham number it says it is changing, but on Google it still shows the old number

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No knowledge of products by staff member who asked ME if they sold them. There were a number of variations of this product in their catalogue!! What a disappointment. Not like the staff at Jewsons (Netherfield) who were so helpful and knowledgeable. Won't be visiting RS Components ever again.

Trade counter great (5*), mail order from Corby not so (1*). Oh and don't ring customer services unless you take out a mortgage to cover the cost!

Staff were rude and seemed annoyed that I had dared to come into the shop rather than order on line. Asked one person for help several times and got a disinterested shrug and the barest minimum of conversation. I drove all the way to the shop to be told to sit at a computer and put through each item myself, despite having no idea how the till system works, and the system not being able to check stock at the shop. I asked for help and was told that I could order today but I’d have to come all of the way into Nottingham again to collect. I’m disappointed really and I won’t be coming back! I wonder how long this place will last…

Very unhelpful spoken to the most rude woman I've ever met couldn't even find a suitable alternative part out 100s listed on their website I would not recommend this place
