I went in to purchase an I phone. The guy whom I was allocated was not much interested in selling. We end up not buying from there... One of the worst customer service I have ever received

Ray was rude and obnoxious. We went for a pay as you go sim for a friend who came from abroad and we said that straight away. He was asking for UK details although my friend was visiting and he did not say right from the beginning that he would not accept cash. We asked how long it would take to process because we were waiting for 20 minutes and he snapped. My friend asked for help installing her sim and he was sarcastic and arrogant. She then asked helped selecting how to select a sim and he angrily replied that he can’t help as the phone was in a different language. No willingness to help at all. they should be ashamed at Vodafone.

At first, I was welcomed and added to the queue. They explained to me all options to help me make informed decisions. Also, helped me with the steps to port the number over when I'd need it in future.I just feel that their prices may be slightly high compared to competitors though I'm here for a short time so it doesn't affect me much. You may want to research before buying a new sim from here.

Customer service was exceptional, was greeted by Mohammad. I definitely recommend him. He made the whole process so easy, he was very helpful and had the best drive to make sure I got what I needed!!!
