I purchased the T1 doors for our new extension. They are a great addition and work really well. I then purchased the glass with the blinds within. Looking forward to receiving them and getting them fitted. Photos will be added at a later date.Recommend 100%

Absolutely delighted with our bi-folds from Alulux, the internal blinds are amazing and allow us to change the light coming in the kitchen and have privacy at night. I would not recommend this bifold company!!!!You get what you pay for, my window fitter with 30 years experience said that they were the worst quality bifolds that he has ever fitted. primitive technology, cheap runners, cheap hinges the old glass with foil edges, no usual proper multi locking mechanism.They came flat pack, which they don't shout about on there website. ( so take longer to install)They just feel cheap and don't slide properly.It also says they are manufactured in the UK on there website, but when i called up to find out where they were, the guy on the phone said they were coming from Turkey,My advicepay a little extra and get some decent bifolds, don't waste your money. luckily we are selling the house, so it someone else who will have to probably replace them soon. Never again.They must have paid reviews, i don't understand who would give them good reviewslead time was 8 weeksEdit- since they have brought up something that i never even mentioned,I had thought that i had paid for 2 trickle vents, so i sent an email to query this, i found out that it was not the case and i had only paid for 1. which is why i never brought this issue up or perused the matter for a refund. ( see how they are desperate to undermine my review)i do no understand the need for them to bring this up.i also mentioned it was 8 weeks because it was a very long time. i was aware that is could of been this long. i later found a local company that had a lead time of 2 weeks and was manufactured onsite in the uk.

Great product at a competitive price. Flexibility in design allowed custom size doors to be build and a top set of windows added to meet the challenge I had.Support of the product has also been very good. I self installed but had good response to questions as this was a slightly different installation with top windows above door frame.Ongoing product warranty also good, intermediate door handle broke and no hassle to get a replacement.

Amazing company! Have been more than accommodating to me, after a stressful extension build this is the ONLY company who have been a pleasure to deal with. They really show their human side which is what you need when going through the challenges of a build. 100% recommended!

Great customer service and after care! These guys actually care about their customer service! They fitted amazing bifold doors in 2019, we love them and since then my friends have bought from them too. I recently contacted them as the handle became faulty and it was no trouble at all to send me a new one! Was so grateful. I have to say, when we had the doors fitted they went above and beyond to keep us secure and safe. Thanks again!!

It’s rare that you find a business that’s great value AND has great customer service, but Alulux is just that. Had a small issue with a handle and a replacement part was shipped out proto. Top job!

Genuinely brilliant doors... Always cautious that I price that seems too good to be true probably is too good to be true but not here. We have recently purchased bi-fold doors from Alulux and are delighted with them! The quality of the doors is outstanding and the customer service that we have received has been second to none. Nothing has been too much for the guys and they have went out of their way to make the whole process run as smooth as possible! While we love our doors, customer service is a very important part for us and I can honestly say that we have been delighted, you will be hard pushed to find better than Alulux! My builders who fitted them were extremely impressed by their quality and the ease in which they were installed. I will be recommending them to all our friend's and family and will not hesitate to purchase doors or windows from them in the future.
